What-IF Programmes
What-IF is a coaching and motivational programme designed to help encourage, guide and empower individuals to visualise, aim and succeed in achieving success. The tips, techniques and tools for success will be shared in order that if the individual commits to the programme and the daily routines required, then they can become the very best version of themselves

“What-IF” – Motivational and Empowerment Training
This specific “What-IF” programme is intended for young persons between the age of 14-18 years old, with added variances of the programme allowing delivery to learners who may be considered either academically astute or those that may not be reaching their full learning potential.
The “What-IF” programme has been developed to provide individual learners with the tips, techniques and tools for real life success. Through creating positivity and engagement, individuals will learn the skills of effective listening and confident communication to achieve the results they truly want, to be the very best versions of themselves.
Our programme addresses key antecedent behaviours, often driven by the subconscious mind, that are routinely displayed not by choice but through habit. We provide the knowledge and skills to recognise and unlock these pre-programmed beliefs, allowing better personal reflection and raising self-awareness".
This is an intensive programme that unlocks personal thinking and beliefs allowing the learner to achieve their full potential. The programme content includes the following topics:
- Self – Conditioning and reprogramming
- Intelligences and personalities
- Recognising strengths and unique abilities
- Perception, discrimination and bias (adopting the principles of fairness, inclusion and respect)
- Importance of health and mental well-being
- Empowerment and positive affirmation
- Communication and presentation skills
- Motivation and goal setting – realising your dreams
- Desirable behaviours and attitudes
- Expectations of Further Education and Higher Education institutions and employers
- Accessing the hidden job market
- Interview techniques
- Overcoming and embracing challenge
- Commitment and staying true to yourself

The programme requires full attendance and participation of everyone over the agreed duration. Each learner will be continually assessed throughout the duration of the programme and personal mentoring will be provided where deemed appropriate. If the learner is assessed as achieving the required programme criteria, a certificate of award will be presented on the conclusion.
