What-IF Programme - Case Studies

What-IF is a coaching and motivational programme designed to help encourage, guide and empower individuals to visualise, aim and succeed in achieving success.  The tips, techniques and tools for success will be shared in order that if the individual commits to the programme and the daily routines required, then they can become the very best version of themselves

Positive outcomes for pupils at Portlethen Academy.

Inverurie Academy

Delighted to have been invited to run team-building workshops for the Senior Years Induction Days (S5 and S6 pupils) at Inverurie Academy (over 200 pupils between two sessions).

"On 4th and 5th June 2019 Inverurie Academy welcomed a team from Infinite Fusion to deliver skills-based workshops to our S5 and S6 students. Infinite Fusion targeted their delivery to our Core Values and Language of Skills and the workshops were very well received by our students. On 5th June, a smaller team supported our selection process for senior student positions.

Infinite Fusion clearly bring a wealth of experience and expertise to working with schools to deliver sessions with impact to students and we are very grateful for the partnership we have developed."

Mark Jones, Head Teacher of Inverurie Academy

Breadalbane Academy

An interesting week spent at Breadalbane Academy with 9 of the S2 - S4 girls delivering the very intensive What-IF programme.

Feedback from pupils - can we have more? can the programme be extended? can this not be part of our school week every week?

“Thank you very much again for your time, patience and positivity with our group last week. it is clear that all the girls enjoyed the course and didn’t want it to end (they all think it should last 2 weeks!!!). We would be delighted to have you back in the new term for a follow up and will be led by yourself in terms of duration before return and your availability as to when this is. Please just let me know what suits you and we’ll work around it. I can’t recommend you highly enough to others”

Tim Woodcock, Deputy Head Teacher, Breadalbane Academy
