Incident Investigation

In the event of an incident in your workplace resulting in injury or damage to equipment or property, we offer a full incident response service. Our consultants are experienced in leading incident investigations and know what is required to gather and collate information to identify root causes. We even consider the behaviours and attitudes of people that may have influenced the outcome of a situation. We will provide a comprehensive report of our findings and provide recommendations and advice on the implementation of effective controls to prevent a reoccurrence.

Construction Design and Management (CDM) 2015

Our consultants have an in-depth knowledge and understanding for the application and implementation of the CDM Regulations 2015 for notifiable construction projects. We hold a strong passion for “Safety by Design”, meaning many challenges faced during the operational phases can be eliminated or reduced at an early design stage.

We can assist in meeting your legal obligations throughout the life of a construction project. We will engage at pre-contract meetings and work closely with Clients and Designers, including those responsible for Temporary Works to facilitate hazard review workshops to ensure risk elimination or reduction.

Management of Lifting Operations (BS 7121)

The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) require certain types of lifting operations to be properly planned and managed by competent personnel. The definitions of competent personnel are detailed within BS 7121 – Management of Lifting Operations and the various parts. To meet your legal obligations, we can provide Competent CPCS accredited (Blue Card) Appointed Persons to plan and manage all of your lifting operations under the CPA terms and conditions of a standard hire, significantly reducing the costs associated with a contract lifting operation.

Health and Safety

We have been planning and managing lifting operations since 2002, with demonstrable experience of working with tower cranes, mobile cranes, overhead cranes lorry loaders, etc. We even assist with planning lifting operations using forklift trucks, telescopic handlers, excavators, winches, etc. We plan everything from basic to complex lifts, including work required to be undertaken in high risk environments. Retainer Services

Many small and medium sized business don’t always have the financial capabilities to justify employing a full-time health and safety adviser or manager, which is a legal requirement under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (Regulation 7), to appoint competent persons to provide health and safety assistance. This is where Infinite Fusion can help. We offer our clients a low-cost effective retainer service, and for a small annual fee we will act as your competent health and safety consultant. We will provide an internal audit of the business, reviewing your management systems and safe systems, including policies and procedures. We can review and where necessary develop or amend your health and safety policy state based on your annual goals and targets. You can use our details in any pre-qualification questionnaires and we will provide all details of our experience. We are on hand for full telephone support and will provide you with regular industry updates and changes in legalisation that may affect your work activities. Our training methods and styles differ from conventional classroom style training and we believe the only way to ensure active learning is to engage with the people. We introduce a variety of teaching methods and utilise different equipment, materials and resources to ensure active participation by all. We continually assess learners throughout the training sessions and can quickly adapt to individual learner needs, to achieve positive outcomes. All of our trainers have nationally recognised qualifications in Adult Education and Training.
